Rice powder is obtained by the rice drink, through the atomization process, by which the liquid product is sprayed through thin nozzles, forming very little drops: these latter meet a hot current of air and evaporate, forming the powder.

The features of the product obtained are:
- impalpable powder
- lactose and gluten-free
- high solubility.
